Lie face-up on one flat bench, hold one dumbbell between two hands, keep it in front of your chest, raise the dumbbell until it touches the top. That is your starting position
Keep your torso stationary. Lower the dumbbell in a wild arc behind your head and bend your elbows at the same time until you feel a stretch on your chest and your upper arms are parallel to the floor and forearms are perpendicular to the floor
Then, use your chest to raise the dumbbell back in the same arc to the starting position and extend your arms at the same time, hold the position for two seconds as you squeeze your chest
